Application
   It is widely used in various small and medium power transmission shaft systems with small impact load, good rigidity driven by the motor, and accurate centering.
 
Deficiencies
(1) Because the material of the elastic sleeve pin coupling is cast iron, the motor wastes a lot of electric energy during the water supply operation, which affects the efficiency of the unit and increases the operating cost.
(2) Because the disassembly of the elastic sleeve pin coupling is very troublesome, it is easy to deform or damage the cast iron coupling when repairing the pump and motor.
(3) The LT elastic sleeve pin coupling requires high relative radial displacement of the two shafts, which is 0.2 ~ 0.6mm, which makes it very difficult to find the concentricity of the coupling. In addition, due to loose bolts during operation, the vibration and noise of the pump unit will increase.
